thelittleoasisshowroom.com is an online trading name for The Little Oasis Showroom Ltd. By using this website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions:

PRODUCT CONDITION

The Little Oasis Showroom® specializes in both vintage and contemporary products from around the world. Items are all handpicked and available to purchase online. Please understand, computer screens are not always in accurate representation of color and texture and the actual product may slightly differ from what you see on your screen. We do our utmost to ensure product photography and descriptions are as accurate as physically possible.

All items on sale unless otherwise stated are not new and may, therefore, show signs of use and wear commensurate with age. We can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item on request.

SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS & CONTACT

All of our products are available to view in our East London Showroom by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange a viewing prior to purchase.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

If you wish to purchase an item on the website, simply navigate to your cart and click the “checkout” button within the cart area of the website. Simply complete your details and card information where prompted. We do not store your card details or share personal information with any 3rd parties. Payment processing is secure and hosted by PayPal (read more about their safeguarding policies and your security online).

We also accept bank transfers or cash on collection, message us through the contact page with your name and contact details, as well as any information regarding delivery if you require it, and we will send you an invoice and our bank details.

Please note: all payments must clear before an item can be dispatched and that prices listed do not include delivery. Delivery charges carry an additional charge – online customers can see our shipping rates which will be added at checkout. For international buyers that cannot purchase direct through the website at this stage, we will send a separate invoice calculated on weight and distance.

HIRING RUGS

Our rugs and products are available to hire, please feel free to contact us for details. The charge for this is 20% of the total price of the rug, per week. We require payment for the total price of the rug upfront as a deposit, which is returned once the rug is returned to us.

The rug needs to be returned in the same condition as it was hired out. If it is returned dirty, the fee for cleaning is £15 per square metre, which will be deducted from your deposit.

DELIVERY

All items are available for free local pick up from our London showroom. Otherwise purchased goods will be sent using a courier service. We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

We cannot be responsible for items during transit once they leave our premises and, although we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days (UK Mainland only), delivery may take up to 7 business days according to the schedule of the elected courier service. International orders typically are delivered within 5 to 7 days but may take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. If the parcel has not reached you in this time, please email providing us with your original tracking number.

Please make sure you send us a valid mailing address and a valid local telephone number for the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We strongly advise requesting a condition description or arranging a viewing before purchase if you are unsure. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, exchanges are welcome within 14 days (you will be liable for all shipping costs). Refunds are accepted within 7 days. All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.

OVERSEAS BUYERS & INTERNATIONAL ONLINE ORDERS

For international online orders outside of the UK, please contact us to arrange a shipping quote before purchase.
