CANCELLATION/REFUND

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 calendar days after the day following the delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by phone, or e-mail

RETURNS POLICY

Returns received outside of the above time frame will only be accepted at our discretion.

All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and packaging.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as leather tags, dust bags etc. should be included with the return.

Returns will be credited to the original payment method.
